In March of 2010, I paid for unlimited and lifetime acess to study materials. In July 2017, they removed the products I purchased. After inquiring, they stated I did not pay and if I provided proof, they would resolve the issue. So I downloaded the receipt from their site in my account and provided that. No response. I then provided the actual email that is titled: Product Purchase Confirmation. After inquiring four times, they removed the invoice in a purposeful attempt to hid that I paid. Though too late as I have a screenshot of the receipt and the original email confirming payment.
This site/company is a rip-off. Even when proofing you opaid and after 7 years of use, they try to hid it all.
