I went into Acura of Pembroke Pines to test drive a 2013 Jeep. Worked with Jorge and then Rodney.  Left after 2hrs of games and looked at another car for 19,500. I preferred the jeep so went back and got them to match the price at 19,500 with a trade in. Agreed that I would take 6,700 for my trade and the salesman Rodney came back with 19,500 and 6,500 trade in. I was very upset especially after going back and forth with him. Finally me and my fiancé looked over the paperwork and it was correct signed it and went to financing. Doug Campbell was the gentlemen in financing. I explained to him several times that the price was more than I had originally agreed upon and he insisted that it was because of my interest rate and the finance charges. He offered to lower the rate by .10% in his words"now is that better. He never brought in the salesman after asking several times. My fiancé was with our 2yr old outside the office and could see I was upset and asked me what was wrong. I explained to him just like I did Doug, that I didn't understand why the price was so high and that he keeps insisting it's the interest rate even shows me his computer screen to satisfy me. It didn't!!  I signed and I shouldn't have I trusted that I was being told the correct information and I wasnt.  I should have INSISTED ON SEEING MY SALESMAN . I received additional paperwork in the mail and called that Saturday morning and spoke with Doug and asked him to once again go over it with me. He said you paid 21,495.00. I stated "I did not and that you told me the price was more because of interest".  He said he would send me a copy.  Still have no copy called several times from different phones and left messages. Spoke with GM Larry Schlossberg on Monday about what had happened and he said he would get back with me after a day or two. Left a message Wednesday for Larry. He called back an hour later and said he had a COPY of what I agreed on at the sales floor. I explained I signed two different sales agreement with the salesman before that  Rodney came back with the incorrect trade in price  an had to redo the paperwork. So we looked over it carefully since the trade-in price before was incorrect . He explained I have no paperwork that said we would sell the car for 19,500. I explained again why would I be there for almost 6hrs negotiating and then pay the price that it was listed on the Internet. I don't have any copies of what I signed on the sales floor.  Rodney the the salesman called me back and he said he didn't know what the finally price was that we agreed on and he would get the paperwork and call me back. I have yet to receive a callback from Rodney.
