AD4 MOTORSPORTS - RPM MOTORSPORTS FALSE ADVERTISING AND BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES DALLAS Texas

Yes I went to AD4 MOTORSPORTS on may 2007 thats it was called at the time but now its called R.P.M. MOTORSPORTS. The owner (victor velez) but he goes by (ROMERO) of the shop said he was having a special going on he sold me a package that was $1000.00 that included a bodykit, wheels and tires, coilovers, muffler, cool intake.

But I said I would pay him in payments $100.00 every two weeks and he said until I pay him the $1000.00 I would get the order. I got the coilovers, muffler, cool intake in five months after paying him in full.

But he said the bodykit was on backorder, and the wheels and tires didn't come in yet. The owner said his people are messing up on my order. He said he got the wrong size tire, then he said he got the wrong size wheels and then he said he got the wheels but for a different car and the same for the tires. He kept saying the they're coming this weekend.

As for the bodykit he said the company doesn't make them anymore.He said hes going to sue the bodykit company for taking to long but he never told me me that the company didin't make the style anymore. Then he told me that another company is going to make the bodykit for me and he said found another wheels and tires company to get the order but its going to take 5 to 8 weeks with no guarantee that order is going to come in,

But he wanted me to exchange the order for a paint job that would take 2 weeks for him to do, but I went with my gut he hasn't gave me a reason to trust him anymore with all the excuses he has been giving me. Its June 08 I still can't get the remaining products I'm tired of the excuses I just want my money back. No one should deal with this person because of false promises and the headache of calling him if the the order came in. This no way to run a business, and people should stay away from AD4 MOTORSPORTS or R.P.M. Motorsorts.

I posted a complaint with the BBB and they sent him notices after notices and the letters got return because undeliverable mail because his lawyer told him not to answer them. Hes a bigger coward than I thought.

My sources told me that he would work out a arrangement to give me my money back if I didnt go to the BBB. Noone should ever buy anything from this guy all he does is make excuses and he should be put out of business. To take a hobby to a disaster in couple of months.
