Adam Charles has completed the settlement from Devoe Investments, Inc.
Sense my original complaint against AC's Dream Team Construction, Adam Charles; I worked with Adam to resolve this issue and the money he owed me. We agreed on a new contract and set a date for the work to be completed. Adam Charles completed the work in a timely manner and on his own completed extra work that was not on the contract.
Adam Charles faced his mistakes and made amines to the problem. I cannot asked for more. We at Devoe Investments, Inc. would like to say thank you

To the first part of these accusations , anybody that knows me knows that if there are any chance of being true , they are in the process of getting resolved , And at no point have i been charged with any crime or been accused of any wrong doing in the State of New Jersey Or Texas or any state for that matter and anything that is said differently is hearsay and slander, If for some reason there is somebody out there who thinks for some reason they were cheated , robbed, mislead, or deceived, in any way by me Adam Charles or my company AC's Dream Team Construction they can contact me and we will get this or any issue resolved accordingly, ( Except for people going by the names Tina Riley, Tina Napolo, Tina Squeo, Tina Charles , Tina Woolley, did i leave any out for that would be my ex-wife and anything she has to say is irellevant anyway, so back to business) Send a letter to the address PMB 119 South Interstate 35 east STE. 376 Denton Texas 76205 and i will follow up with you in a timely manor. And want to say on the record I never had any business partners here in Texas or In New Jersey as well so publish your name if you have one and don't hide behind this site (Like my ex-wife's husband or husbands) and as far as running out of New Jersey because of scams that is ridiculous we both sat in court with court orders for my son and was current with all child support . So please be careful in what you type because if it dosen't have any truth to it that can be classified as slander and i am sure this site monitors ip addresses and can track were these reports and complaints come from .

Guys, if any of you really believe this Con-Artist is going to do the right thing your outta your MINDS !! This guy is over 20k behind in CHILD SUPPORT for my son he left abandoned here in NJ to flee to Texas to run from his scams he left behind here. This Con-Artist Adam Charles owes you guys as posted 39k so wheres it really going to end ?!??! If any of you back out on filing charges against him then you get what you deserve. I currently have a bounty hunter on him for the Child Support he owes and it might not be today, tommorow or the next day but I ASSURE YOU this loser will be behind Bars for a LONG LONG TIME ! Buyers beware this guy is a 1st rate SCUMBAG !

I met with Adam Charles on 01-24-08 at 1:00 pm. We have a new addendum to our original contract (Settlement) as follows:
"Keith, here is the first payment of $100.00 which will be deducted from the balance of $3,000.00 which will bring the balance down to $2,900.00 to be paid in full on or before February 29, 2008. Upon receiving this payment you must post a rebuttal saying I have contacted you and we are in negotiations and currently have come to a agreement and therefore upon being paid in full will no longer go forward in litigation on this or any matter and will post a conclusion to Ripoff.com and any site you have used to post negative and derogatory comments about me Adam Charles, April Davis and ACs Dream Team Construction, in clearing the names which were spoken about in the past"
Notes: If Adam Charles and/or April Davis live up to this agreement and pays me the reduced fee of $3,000.00 on or before February 29, 2008 then i'll state that this is a company trying to do the right thing.

Yes I agree he was a scammer here in NJ tooo . He should have paid the 19,000 plus he owes in child support he owes with the money he stole what a joke he is he will keep going but his days are numbered . Glad the world is exposing him now

Its true, This Adam Charles is from Port Monmouth Ave. He took Lots of peoples deposits for Home remodeling then He went to Texas. He did not go through with any of the work or promises he told people. He is a Fraud and he has been a fraud since the beginning of time. He also traded under the name AC Home Improvements. Look Out.
