In early November I purchased a home course from AdamGinsberg.com Within that home course was to be software and three free consultations with Adam Ginsberg directly. I paid 6 consecutive payments of $274.50 and I never heard from Adam Ginsberg.

I received the software which I am not disputing but I didn't purchase the product for the software I purchased the product for the mentoring and expertise of Adam Ginsberg. This is a direct quote from his advertising of his home course service. "By the way, many people ask if I am available for consultation or personal coaching. My hourly rate is $500.00 per hour, but most people don't need it once they go through the course and get the three free consultations."

I acknowledge that I should have contacted the company right away but I have been so busy with trying to get this business off the ground. I contacted Adam's company in February requesting to know why I havent heard from Adam and if I am eligible for a partial refund (never heard a response). They provide an 866 number and every time I call I get hold music and have waited up to 25 minutes before I just hang up!

March 28th I decided to contact the billing company they work with to see if they could get me through to a live person. They e-mailed Adam Ginsberg Company asking them to contact me within 48 hours. You should see the disrespectful e-mail I received from this company. I am shocked and upset. I paid $1647.00 for a service that I never fully received.

I just want everyone else to be careful! Respect your money and your time.

Adam Ginsberg

AUTHOR: Cinda - (U.S.A.)

When we were notified by Marissa at first she was saying that she was billed to many times. We cancelled the billing and she was only billed for 5 payments not six. She became very hostile even when we showed her the cancelled billing.
Her story then changed that she wanted to get the coaching. We offered her 6 sessions in our webinar series which is personal coaching with Adam Ginsberg. She did not want the but then started asking for a refund.

Because the purchase was made online there are no returns on this and before they can purchase they must agree to this. I apologize if us telling her she can not have a refund months later is disrepectful.

She has been offered compensation in additional sessions with Adam and she has only paid for part of the program. She continues to slander us over the web for something that she purchased knowing she could not return it.
