Why doesn't Adam Construction have an assumed name certificate on file with Dallas County as required by the Texas Business and Commerce Code? And why does Mr. Zachary Adam aka Adam Khan aka Adam Rifat use so many aliases?

The company simply purchases leads from 3rd party vendors who supply leads to roofers all over the country

I have personally visited Adam Zachary at his home. The mans leads a healthy noble lifestyle. He doess NOT do drugs, smoke or even drink! At times he uses a family name of Khan, which is only to indicate his heritage to fellow countrymen.

I have met his wife who he lives with and both are extremely honest individuals. Many deceiptful employees come and go, but the good honest ones stick around

I have been working for Adam Zachary for the past 2 yrs since he branched out on his own sole proprietorship. The mas is a class act and pays his employees not only on time, every time, but also gives out plenty of advances. Adam is as honest an individual as they come. Unlike any other roofing contractor in the country, Adam does not require any money from customer till they are 100% satisfied. He has not and never will scam anyone.

This is his current address 1000 Windsong Tr, Richardson TX 75080. He stays with a prostitute and is strung up all night on meth and coke. If he owes anyone money, please collect because he will find a new place to hide.

This company hires telephone sales representatives yet appears not to be compliant with federal and state telemarketing laws. The Texas Public Utility Commission states that none of the business names associated with Adam Production is registered as a telemarketer/telephone solicitor with the State of Texas. The PUC states that Adam Production has not subscribed to the Texas No Call List.

The company will not provide a copy of its written do not call policy required of all telemarketers by federal law. This company has repeatedly called numbers listed on the both the National Do Not Call Registry and the Texas No Call List in violation of federal and state law. To further my investigation into this company's telemarketing practices, I am looking to contact current or former Adam salespersons to answer such questions as:

1. Is Adam Khan the same person as Zachary Adam, who is listed in Dallas County records as an owner of this company?


2. Is Marcus Sykes still associated with this company?


3. Did the company train you or give you any information whatsoever about telemarketing rules/laws?


4. Did you work from home or in the company's offices?


5. Does the company provide roofing services itself using its own people, or does it farm the work out to other companies?
