EDITOR’S COMMENT(2/3/2021):  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior.

NOW TO THE EDITORIALLY REDACTED POSTING(S):

(((REDACTED))) represented me in a civil case, in which I won. Upon getting the money he tried to force me to sign an agreement saying that I agree to give him 60% of the awarded amount before he would release any money to me. Mind you our Agreement states 35%. I took him to Fee Arbitration through the California State Bar where they ruled in my favor. I then received a judgement by a Judge for the outstanding amount.

In my efforts to collect my money he has removed my funds from his client Trust Account through Bank of America and is living like a fugitive with no address other than a p.o. box. If this man ever crosses your path run in the other direction. He will only steal your money and give you a run off of lies. (((REDACTED))) would be disappointed that such a deceitful low life obtained is accreditation at such respected establishments. Beware!
