Addictair.co.uk I placed an order. They send the wrong goods and in any event the goods were counterfeit. When I requested a refund, they offered me 5%, then 7%, then 30%, then 10% then 30% again as long as I pay for the international shipping costs and restocking fees. They sent me counterfeit goods and yet I am to be responsible for their international shipping and restocking fees. Do not purchase from this website - it is a scam business selling counterfeit goods. I will report them to the relevant authorities as I am entitled to a full refund; not just 30% as they failed to comply with the terms of our agreement.  I placed an order on www.addictair.co.uk. After placing my order, I realised that the business was actually based in China despite the ".co.uk". When I received the goods, they were not what was ordered and looked counterfeit as they had glue all over and were of poor quality. I contacted addictair who offered a 5% refund. I advised them that they did not send the goods that I ordered and they are counterfeit, but addictair continue to refuse to provide me with a full refund. They advised that I wash the glue off the trainers. I was then offered a 7% refund, which I refused. A 30% refund was then offered. I rejected this offer too as I am entitled to a 100% refund as they did not send me the goods that I ordered. The refund offer was then reduced back to 10% and is now at 30% again where they state that I must also pay their international shipping fee and restocking fee. They bring China into disrepute as they are a scam business selling counterfeit goods and I would recommend that consumers do not make any purchases from this website. When you look at online reviews of this company, there aren't any (except this one); but I will ensure that consumers are made aware.
