Addison Auto Group Hail Damage Fraud Dallas, Texas

*UPDATE Employee: Kansha Simon 2006 bmw
I purchased a BMW 325i. I went to pick it up at night due to me living out of town.
Vehichle was cleaned up and was told that I had new breaks, oil change and everything was good.
After a few days, I noticed that the car has significant hail damage to the roof, truck, and hood.
They are refusing to fix unless I pay them more money. Hail damage by law should be disclosed and signed of on by the buyer stating that they know of the hail damage and unfortunately it was not disclosed to me.

50%?? That is new to me!! i have all text messages and 50% was NOT part of the deal. Also, when I purchased the car and AGREED to pay my part, I agreed with the impression I was getting a car with NO hail damages. It was fraud. They knew and never said one word. The end.

regarding the following complaint about the purchase of a 2006 BMW on feb. 15, 2013:
the client had the opportunity to check the vehicle, test drive it, and request any repairs prior to her purchasing the vehicle. our company policy is clearly stated on our website, 3,000 miles or 3 months limited warranty (www.theaddisonautogroup.com). she purchased the vehicle on 2/15/2013 and wrote a check for $750.oo to hold till 3/5/13, it was returned for insufficient funds. only after we called and requested that the payment be made and to pick up her returned check, did she start to complain about the hail damage, we agreed to fix the hail damage if she paid 50% of the cost and she refused, so we told that we would cover all the cost of the repairs, but she had to cover the return check, she is refusing to pay until we fix the car, but she will not bring the car in, and refusing to make good on her check. this is a cheap response to a company that has had a check returned for insufficient funds, a false report about a vehicle that a client had the time to check out and request repairs, and refusing to bring the vehicle in to repair it.
update;
we have not filed for the returned check yet, we are hoping to resolve this issue with the help of the client, we have sent her notices and requests to come in, but so far we have had not response except this complaint.
