Adipose RX 18004301529 Unauthorized Debit Charges On Monthly Statement With International Charge American Fork Utah

We noticed an unauthorized charge on are bank statement for $34.84 Adipose RX 8004301529. Also an international charge of $1.05. The company did not return a call when we left a message but we did get them the following working day. They were pleasant but could not explain how they got our credit card number and why we are being charged for their product from Guam according to the bank. It took us three days on the phone with the bank and in person to get the card cancelled and now we will have to readjust other accounts connected to this card. The company will not reimburse for our time.
