Adobe Sysyem Inc. Adobe sold me and millions of people a defective software called: Adobe Premiere Elements and Photoshop 8. Plus they never sent me my 30 dollars mail in rebate. They are refusing to give me a refund. san jose, California

About 3 months ago I purchase Adobe Premiere Elements and photoshop 8 online through buy.com. Thie software I have in my possession is defective and broke. It keep freezing, getting stucked,and crashing my computer. I contact Adobe directly; several times I called techinal support and they walked me through a trouble shoot.

I have made over 20 different calls; and nothing they said made a difference. First they told me; my processor wasn't good enough; so I paid over 400 dollars for a 3.16ghz dual processor and a new mother board because the software burnt my old mother board and it would come on any more.

My computer crashes everytime you render a video; no matter what percentage it is. It can be 30%,50% or ever 90%. It takes 3 hours to render a 3 minute video. They also refuse to send me my mail in rebate of 30 dollars. I have had a few successful load ups to youtube, but now it doesn't work at all.

It appears that there is a virus in this software. It crashes frequently; not just on my computer, but all other who is making complaints. I was more than generous and patient with Adobe; then when I ask for my refund; they tell me; my 30 days is up and They aren't giving me anything.

I'm suffering from a major lost of my hard working money, mental anguish,frustration,and physical pain with headaches. I'm also suffering with alot of anger and emotions problems; I feel like I want to kill them from ripping me off; making me lose all my money and not wanting to refund all my money from this broken up a*s software.

I want to file a lawsuit against them; hopefully a classaction lawsuit can be filed so that everyone that is also suffering can get pad for all of the punishment Adobe brings. Since they are refusing to pay me back my money; a criminal charge should also be able to be files from them marketing a broked up defective software. They have cause me pain so I wish to so them for $10.000
