Adova Health Insurance Nationwide

I was called in responce to my search for insurance. I spoke with a guy that told me that I could get all our medical, dental, vision, and scripts for only $299.99 a month, that I needed to pay a $100 non-refundable fee along with the 1st months payment. I agreed I thought this was a great price for insurace for my whole family. He told me that this was insurance and that they have plenty of people in my area that take this insurance.

Well I got the package in the mail with my cards and it turns out this is not insurance coverage like I was told but yet a discount program, only the medical was a insurance plan, but there are no doctors in my area at all. I have to drive over an hour out of my area for a doctors visit.

The vision, dental and scripts are all a discount program. Had they not lied by telling me that there are a lot of doctors that take this plan, and that this was a discount program I never would have signed up. I have 2 very small kids that I needed insurance on and thought that I was getting a good deal. Now I have to start my search all over again and hope this time I am not lied to.

Also I called the company to get a refund on the program costs and to cancel my plan since it is not in effect for another 10 days. I called the member service number and was told that I needed to speak with Jason who takes care of that and that he was out of the office right now but I could leave him a message on his voice mail. When the girl transfered me it just rang there was no voice mail to leave a message. When I called the number again to inform them of this she said that I would just have to keep trying back then.
