My grandmother has received several nasty letters from Mr. Adams. We had to obtain a "power of attorney" to speak in her behalf because of her age. He has threatened her with fines and suspension of priveleges!! She is in her eighties and can barely walk. WHY did he send her these letters????? So can bill the HOA thousands of dollars. He also "took over" the condominium project has had numerous assessments in the past several years since he was hired. This attorney needs to be replaced!!!
