Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I saw a commercial about social media profits with Adrian Morrison.I called to order ONLY the book and FREE software. It was all automated and I hung up after saying NO several times because they try to get you to buy alot of nothing.I did not know they were taking 49.95 out of my checking account until today. They took out 49.94 last month also. This guy DEE ANDERSON kept calling me trying to get me to join them and spend 200.00 amonth for the so called experience and materials I would get in return. The total amount would be 6000.00 I told him i do not have that amount and he suggested getting credit.I told him no.I do NOT KNOW WHAT THIS 49.95 is for every month.Calling is a joke its all automated. There is a     no help.I had to cancel my visa to stop these charges.I got ripped off for 2 months now not knowing what these charges are for.The books were only 19.95 plus shipping. This is not how to make money but rather HOW to RIPOFF your CUSTOMER.No wonder he brags he made 250,000 on facebook he is a CON ARTIST.

The phone number 866-491-0007 is no longer active

AUTHOR: Stacy - ()

When you call the phone number 866-491-0007 to cancel service, it states it is no longer active so you can't cancel service there.  The auto message tells you to email  I emailed a month ago with no reply and got charged again this month.

My appologies, this complaint falls under a customers must be accountable for due diligence. Which I admit to being guilty of in this instance as well.

When a customer is placing the order for the Social Media Products book and software, they are asked if they want to be signed up for the VIP Social Media Learning Center website, which carries a monthly subscription. It also states that the subscription includes 30 days free access to evaluate.

Unfortunately if they select "no" they don't want the subscription, they are told it will be added to their order anyway as it can be cancelled at anytime during the 30 days without any additional charges.

Where I believe many customers get caught, is they forget they need to cancel the subscription for the VIP Social Media Learning Center website. ( The customer needs to call the number on the VIP Social Media Learning Center certificate that was recieved in the package shipped with the book. (Which is 1-866-491-0007 for anyone who has lost or thrown out the certificate.)

From there all the customer needs to do is call and cancel the billing. They requested my phone number, and asked for my last name to verify the account on their end, gave me a order number confirming the process plus refunded my last billing.

I hope this helps anyone who is frustrated with the repeated billing they have been dealing with.

$1500 3-day Training Was a Waste of Money

AUTHOR: daydreamer88 - ()

I went to a 3-day training to learn how to do affiliate marketing on social media and it was a complete waste of money. Anyone who googles how to do online affiliate would know that you need to join an affiliate program and advertise your affiliate offers on a site, search engine, or a social media network. Why did I have to pay $1500 for Adrian to finally say something along the lines of "You know what guys, local affiliate marketing is better and what you need is this fancy software I'll give you to get traffic, TRAFFIC is key!".... Seriously? Couldn't he have had said that up front before reeling me in?
