Since Lisa is going to the point to fabricate information, I am done with the situation because all Lisa Smith is going to do is lie and make up stuff. I am going to say this and I am done with it, you are the one who went psycho and put my information out on the web for everyone to see.

Furthermore, I can't steal my own money nut case. And I see all your peers at the seller's forum on Amazon advised you to return my money also since you had the shoes. All I did was get my $51.49 back, and if it hurt you to have to give my $51.49 back, then you need to stop teaching and get a job that pays better. But nothing changes the fact that Lisa improperly used my address, well old address now, that she obtained from Amazon and posted it on this website and that I am taking action against her.

Furthermore, Lisa lied on this site saying I own a clothing store to put me on this site, I do not own or work for any clothing store nor do I own any other type of business as she has indicated on this site. I do not sell anything, I have nothing for sell. I am a private individual, whose son purchased a pair of shoes from Lisa Smith through Amazon without my permission, I do NOT own a business. She is the one who sells, rather she tries to rip people off when things do not go her way.

I am going to say this and I am done with the whole childish situation, all those who want to purchase items through Amazon or any other third party site, please avoid Lisa Smith or seller name acousticb1 like the plague or risk your personal private information being put on a public website like this one like she posted mine address just because a situation does not go her way. And to any sellers who pays attention to the garbage Lisa says, 1) Odds are I will not buy from you in the first place because I do not buy from third party people, 2) There are such things as ACTUAL STORES that I can walk in and get anything I want, 3) if I did want something from a third party seller, these lies that Lisa put out on me will not stop me, because if I do not get a product from you, I WILL get it somewhere else because Money talks, Bull**it walks.

Lisa you keep right on incriminating yourself to strength my argument to Amazon against you! And oh by the way, I have moved from the address you posted on this site, so too bad, so sad. Argue with yourself because I am done with it. My children and I can live in peace again now, which I know burns you up on the inside. I got my money back and that is all that is important. As I said I have spoke with Amazon about this issue and will continue to press the issue until they do something about her actions. I am also consulting a lawyer about her and Amazon's responsibility in this whole incident.

As far as the email you have I have the same ones so who cares. And by the way you are only making yourself look bad as a seller because like I said before, I never use third party sellers anyway, I always go through businesses like Macy's or Barnes and Noble so you are not hurting me with this posting other than endangering my family's life over $51.49, but now the world sees how you do business only confirming how unprofessional you are as a business person, using customer information in an improper fashion when things do not go your way. Shame, shame, I thought you had to be over 18 to sell on amazon, or did they lower the age to 6 year olds now.

Lisa is being very unprofessional about this situation. Because she obtained my address by doing business with Amazon and posted it on this public website. She violated Amazon's participation agreement in section 14b where it states:

14. Privacy; Use of Amazon Transaction Information.
b. You will not, and will cause your affiliates not to, directly or indirectly disclose, convey or use any order information or other data or information acquired by you or your affiliates from Amazon or its affiliates (or otherwise) as a result of the Agreement, the transactions contemplated hereby or the parties performance hereunder (collectively, Amazon Transaction Information), except you may disclose this information as necessary for you to perform your obligations under this Agreement, provided that you ensure that every recipient uses the information only for that purpose and complies with the restrictions applicable to you related to that information...

I did report her to Amazon for violating this agreement and Amazon is in the process of investigating her. I am also taking legal action if something happens to my children or I as a result of her posting my address here illegally. I could care less that she posted the FALSE information about me at this site because I do NOT buy from THIRD party sellers for this very reason that I am going through now, I buy straight from Amazon or some other official REAL business like Bestbuy, but she really crossed the line when she posted my address. And Lisa if it makes you feel better, yes, I blame myself for not realizing that I needed to sign out of my computer to keep someone from ordering something on my account through the 1- click process at Amazon and I have since removed all my credit card information from my account, but it does not change the fact I did not give my child permission to order the item he purchased from you. You m'am are very silly and immature over this whole incident and I hope one day you find a higher purpose in life than getting mad and vindictive over $51.49 that was wrongfully charged to me, but rightfully returned to me. And yes, Lisa did return the money AFTER I filed an A to Z guarantee claim against her and they were in the process of taking the money away from her account anyway. God does not like ugly and you right now m'am are acting like a vengeful monster. Meanwhile, I am in the process of trying to relocate my family since you posted my address on this public website as a vengeful deed, for my abusive exhusband to see. Does that make you feel happy inside Lisa? Lady, you truly need a hug and if I was where you are I would give it to you because I am woman enough to do that.

Lisa is not telling the whole story. My child purchased shoes from her through Amazon without my permission and when I found out like any NORMAL person, I informed her and AMAZON of the mix up and that I wanted a refund for the money. My son actually just wanted a totally price of the shoes but with AMAZON's one click process to buy things and since my credit card information was saved on their website from other purchases I have made, he puchased the shoes unwittingly. I say unwittingly because if you never log off amazon from a purchase it keeps you logged in until you sign out and my son did not even provide a shoe size which Lisa acknowlegded, because he just wanted to know the total price of the shoes.

Lisa would not return my money and of course she could not send shoes since my son did not provide a size. I subsequently had to do amazon's A-to-Z guarantee to get my money back. Now you tell me who almost got ripped off had Amazon not given my money back. She is only writing this about me because I left negative feedback about the situation at Amazon. Now she goes so far as to put my personal information like my address on a public website. I have small kids and an abusive ex trying to find me. Thanks alot Lisa. I hope our lives were worth the $51.49.
