ADT Defender of Lehi, UT and Defenders, Inc. of Indianapolis, Indiana Ryan Edward Kent ,Installer and Seller Agent, McCarthy, Burgess and Wolff ,Collection Agency, who continues to harass for a system that has already been paid for and monthly service payments already made Wendy ? who continues to make harassing phone calls from Defenders Office in Lehi, UT Aimee Kremple and Matthew Billins ? ,Sales and Dealer Signatures on Charged me twice for the equipment that was installed and increased monthly fees without my authorization. Referred me to Collections Indianapolis Indiana

I purchased Home Security System from ADT Defenders on 2/3/16. The amount was for 1228.77 which I arranged $ payments to be posted to my Amer Ex card from Feb-May of that sam year (I have copy of the debits). I also agreed to pay the monthly service charge of 49.33. Also, set up as a monthly deduct from my Amer Express acc't. A ffew months into the monthly sevice deductions, I noticed that 49.33 was steadily increasing (without my authorization (from 49.33 to 55.99 and then 65+ dollars per month. When it got to that point, I called American express, I notified Amer Express that ADT Defenders was making unauthorized charges to my acc't. 

A few months later, I started receiving harrassing calls from them, and new contracts arrived in the mail with demands for me to sign. I refused because I had already signed a contract with them when I bought my system a few months before. So...they turned off my system and have now turned me over to a collections agency (McCarthy Burgess and Wolff 26000 Cannon Rd in Cleveland, OH 44146) who have sent me harrassing, threatening letters. Here's the best part: their letters indicate that I not only owe for the monthly service fees going back to Feb 3, 2016 (which I've already paid for, but also for the equipment that was installed back on 2/3/16 (which I've also paid for!!!

These people need to be reported to every Consumer Protection Agency throughout the nation!! What a bunch of crooks!!!
