Adult Friendfinders AFF has blocked my membership that was paid 7 month pk. Aff took money from my bank without permission. Refused to discuss the matter. Internet, Internet

To Whom It may concern:
I join AFF as a means of adult entertainment. I joined with a pkg deal.  After 6 months it was time to renew.  Aff renewed without my permission 3 times.  The first time I didn't know, The second time was the middle of the month I was too busy and just forgot.

The third time I caught them the same day. December 28. 2011.  I reported to the bank and asked for that membership fee to be returned to my account.  The bank honored my request.  On January 3, 2012 I returned to the site and decided to renew the membership, myself.  I recieved a confirmation that the gold membership was paid and excepted....and that I was a gold member until 7/2012. 

I went to the site the next day and I was Blocked out.  I tried repeatly to get contact with AFF over that matter but they just asked someone new to write me back each time with a different story and not a word over my 115 euros that was confirmed paid from my bank. 

I don't trust this practice and this way of business. I could not get anyone from this company to adress the fact that 115 euro was mine, paying for a 6 month membership and that I should be able to order a product or service and get that product or service.  They have now decided to ignore me. My bank is trying to help me recover the fee.
