This is the 2nd time I have cancelled my account with them and stopped billing charges and they still continued to take the montly charge out of my account!!!!
They use deceptive verbage. I had set my account not to renew when it expired, but (THEY) changed the settings to Auto Renew. This is the 2nd time they have done this to me!
When I called them again, they were rude (obvisouly the folks int the billing department are getting alot of angry callers) I have be told verbally I would be getting a refund but have not received the requested email confirming that yet.
Its a pretty bad site to begin with as you can tell they are making users up, and most of the responses are from people that obvisouly appear to work for them.
If a class Action Lawsuit is being prepared against them I certainly want to know because someone needs to put them in line! This site is a TOTAL RIP OFF!
Oh and beware they use a Forgien bank that they ding your account out of!
Don't walk but Run from this place and thier affilated sites!
