Advance Auto Parts carries UNRELIABLE PARTS. The auto parts they sell are not the correct parts for your car. Once they get your money, they will push you aside to sell more parts to other customers. They focus on taking your money and NOT customer satisfaction. They have the wrong parts coded in their main computer system, so their store employees, and management, will assure you that you bought the correct part, where in fact, you have the wrong part.

Their errors and lack of customer service cost me an additional $70 and 12 hours of my time, and they still did not get me the correct part. After checking their competition, ALL the other parts stores in town carried the correct part I needed. I filed a complaint with their headquarters, hoping to get them to correct their gross errors; but I got no response. Just an email from James Raulerson to call him. I called and emailed him several times. He never answered or replied.

PLEASE save yourself the aggravation and added expense, AVOID Advance Auto Parts, shop at anyone of their competitors. I have never had a problem as bad as I did at Advance Auto, Never, from any kind of business in the USA. Any they had many opportunities to prevent it from happening, and to correct their errors afterward; but they did nothing.
