Advance Beauty Solutions - True Ceramic Pro ripoff, charged me twice for defective item and did not replace original Sherman Oaks California or Reno Nevada

ordered product on may 2005 was charged $14.99, June $39.99, July $39.99, and August $39.99. This was paid in full Total $134.96. For a true ceramic pro ionic iron.

Received a card stating the irons were defective. They were the "ceramic plates" were not ceramic but metal with red paint on them. The pain pealed off after only a few uses.

I called for replacement on June 30. Was told I would receive within a few weeks. It never came. Kept trying to call and the number was always busy. Noticed on my credit card statement I started being charged all over. Sept 7 charged $14.99, October $39.99, Nov. $39.99 total of overcharge $94.97 and no replacement on the defective item.

November 18, 2005 finally spoke to new representative at Advanced Beauty Solutions (phone number from my credit card statement), she Alisha apologized and stated items were on back order and would credit my credit card and sent my product. Again lies, December 13, 2005 called again spoke with Dane same story product on its way any day now and credit to my credit card any day.

Nothing again, December 29, 2005 called again spoke with Osmond same story. January 13 still waiting. Called and all 8774443776 not working, 3103747017 continuous busy signal, 8888078953 answer machine to call back their updating their phones. Nothing but lies and fraud. Do not buy a true ceramic pro it is a rip off and they are defective, lousy customer service.
