Purchased a trial of their product for my wife. she became ill from the flu and could not try the product. Still have the original unopened product. the trial was like .99 cents or something. About two weeks later they hit my Credit card for 149.95. I do not remember seeing anything in their ad about charging you 149.95 after the 14 days. I called the company to get the charge removed and they told me it is not refundable and blatantly refused to credit back the 149.95 even if I return the unopened product.

I have multiple emails asking for their physical address and they refuse to supply it. They refuse to refund the money and they refuse to take the unopened product back. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General and am disputing the charge with my bank. Don't trust anything you are told on the phone with this company. do everything in writing.

Everything you said is what happend to me too.

I am so mad that with all the complaits that they haven't had to pay everyone back.

I sent my order back as they instructed and still got nothing back..

I was also charged form shipping yet the address is in Ca.

We all need to band together and get the gov. involved to shut them down, get our money back and put them in jail..

I don't know who or what to do to get this started but if anyone can tell me or need people to stand together let me know. comment to this post. i don't know why i can't give my e-mail address so banning together will be difficult.

I have spoken with some of the employees of this company...  NO ONE there is "sorry" for ripping off consumers.

Just so everyone who reads this is perfectly clear. I have e-mailed this company 20 times. Now they don't even return my e-mails. I have filed a complaint with the state of Florida, I have contacted to Oregon Attorney generals office, I have sent a complaint to FTC.gov. I have contacted numerous law enforcement agencies and filed complaints with them. I have posted on a number of boards. I have filed with so many different government agencies I do not remember them all.

I have e-mailed this company every complaint location I have filed and still they refuse to refund my money and I have the unopened product to return to them. So when you see their employee get on here and "Say just e-mail we are sorry you had the issue and we will take care of it" Know it is bullshit. I had to cancel my Visa over these people that I have had for years. as Visa refused to reverse the charge and just kicked me to the curb and that should also be a clue for you folks! Maybe if enough of us file with ftc.gov and the other agencies we can get our money back and get these people shut down and maybe even sent to prison.

If anyone wants to see the e-mails I will be happy to post ALL 20 of them!!!
