I ordered DVD Shrink online on 27/7/2008 and paid through PayPal. After not receiving anything through email (for download) or through the post, an email was sent to the address via the link on my PayPal receipt.

After 2 weeks I still have not received a reply from the company as to where my product is. The only thing I have received is countless emails containing "Trojan Worms" titled UPS Postal Service and a tracking number (which is what I put as part of the title of my email).

Thankfully, my Norton Anti Virus Software, which was paid for and received legitimately, picked up the Viruses in the emails.

Stay away from Advance Telecom - you'll only get Ripped Off. And from what others have said PayPal, are not interested in removing this company from their lists so that others will not get ripped off too.
