This company is the EXCAT same .. WOLVES IN SHEEP CLOTHES beware they run ADS and SCAM marketing companies to call and book appointments and then try to sell you BIG medical packages such as this companies who were shut down for FRAUD.. look up heart check america. I honestly beleive they are the same people... After booking appointments for this company I was very interested in the business model and did my research and came across this information, I brought it to the attention of my boss at Practice Marketing Partners in July 2015. Please read below and see my personal experience with them.

I want to alert the public on this awful group. I worked for Practice Marketing Partners for 3 years, we had several companies that we assisted. I like the firm it's great, although my boss took me off of my other acconts and assigned me to book appointments for this company ADVANCED BODY SCAN. Each week we had to chase our money down, we were booking up to 50 appointments a week. Our company follows the do not call list, apparently I personally called a client who left his name, the client never mentiond he was on the DNC list instead booked and appointment and then called the company to complain and the company paid him off to shut his mouth because he filed a bad report on BBB needless to say I was owed $2000 in commission and my boss could not pay me because they decieded not to pay us after they were making hundreds of thousands off of our appointments. I truly beleive they knew my boss was planning on termiating our relationship with this company when this bad news about Heart Check America was brought to our attention. I was so upset I had to file a complaint with the labor board and quit my job that I loved, but I needed to provide for my child immediately. The owner of Practice Marketing Parnters did pay me over the past month. I am grateful to her for doing the right thing, I understand this ADVANCED BODY SCAN decided just not to pay her because they were mad that they had a complain that was not valid and tried to blame us. I am a single parent of autisic 8 year old child and I needed my money I worked for and ADVANCED BODY SCAN told my boss in these words tough. BAD BUSINESS, it's not sour grapes over here, it's just if they can do this to a femaled owned company and be a company that prides themselves on "helping others" paying us for our services was the right thing to do. And espeically that we discoverd they are doing just the same as heart check america!!!! DON"T BE BULLIED! They will give you a free scan and upsell you thousands of dollars and sell you things you really don't need...... they act nice but will throw you to the wolves.
Beware they are wolves in sheeps clothes.

Almost every telemarketing law was violated

I am 99% certain that I am the customer mentioned in this report who booked an appointment after being called.
In May 2015 and then again in June 2015, I received prerecorded-message telemarketing calls (commonly referred to as "robocalls") to my cell phone promoting a "free" heart and artery scan. True, my cell number has been on the national Do-Not-Call List ("NDNCL") since 2003, but that is only the tip of the iceberg. Had that been the only problem, and particularly had it been a bona-fide honest mistake, this whole thing would have been a non-issue.
Even if my number were not on the NDNCL, robocall solicitations, without the called party's prior express consent, are illegal under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA") and the FTC's Telephone Sales Rule. Here in Oklahoma, it is also a violation of the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act as well as a criminal offense punishable by up to one year in jail.
But the violations didn't stop there.
Both calls were made with blocked Caller ID, which is yet another TCPA violation.
The prerecorded solicitation message itself provided no identification of the calling party whatsoever. The only reason why - after the second call - I left my contact information and "played along" as a potential customer was to identify the company behind the anonymous calls. Failing to identify the caller and company affiliation in a telemarketing call is yet another TCPA violation and a separate criminal offense under Oklahoma law... this time it can be a felony punishable by up to two years in the state penitentiary.
In fact, just about every telemarketing rule that could have possibly be violated was violated. The only other thing that they could have done wrong was to call at a prohibited time of day, (e.g., 3 AM).
I believe many other people were improperly called, including a consumer investigator with the Oklahoma Attorney General's office, who had a conversation with the ABS folks about this. I'm sure that didn't help your situation, either.
I believe the author of the report above has the first initial "L", and emailed me from a GMail address that has the numeral "4" in it. If I'm right, then I think we know who each other are. In fact, I'd love to speak with you about this.
