A few years ago I ordered the homestudy course with the same e-book and DVDs.  The book and manuals were an instant download and the DVDs arrived in a very timely fashion, even though I am in the US and they shipped from Canada.  The content and quality of information far exceeded my expectations.  Every communication I have had with them has elicited a prompt response.  The Perrones obviously are passionate about Bowen Therapy and put a lot of research and effort into their practice and teaching. 

Gene, let me see if I understand you correctly. In your opening complaint you admit you received all your money back. In my rebuttal I also confirm that. In your last rebuttal your title reads that none of what I said is true.

Does any of that make sense?

Gene, why are you reporting this as Geno? If your facts are for certain, then why not use your real name?

You received your money back IN FULL after getting part of the product, did you not?

So then, how were you ripped off?

The truth of the matter here is that you're likely an expert at manipulating money back guarantee's and understood the process via paypal whereby you can request a refund from them and get it back without question. You expected that you were going to get the product and scam the system.

What you didn't expect was that our company would not send you a product without payment.

This is what has gotten you so upset. Even still, you got your full money back and part of the home study course as well. Sorry Gene, but the person at fault here is you. Our company would have happily sent you course materials if you were honest and had paid for them.

You didn't get anything because you tried to get out of paying for them. This is quite normal and expected.

This Perone therapy is dishonest.  I have kept all the e-mails.  They start you out with a promised discount for the whole program that never arrives.

Buyer Beware

This consumer contends that he did not receive his downloadable information on time, however our records show that this is not true. The emails did go out on time, and several times in fact. The ebook sent to the user was also registered. What that means is that when the pin code is used to open the book, a notification email is sent to us informing us that the user has opened and registered the book. The user then put a stop payment on his order citing that he had not received his materials when in fact we had proof that he did. Given the circumstances and already apparent lack of honest on the users part, our company felt that there was no guarantee that this user would follow through and make the honest transaction for materials sent and we revoked our order and refunded the user in full via paypal. He received his money back in full. Therefore there was no rip-off. He did not pay for the complete product even after having received part of it (the Ebook download).
