I purchased a used 2003 Buick Century on 8/20/12 in the amount of $4,150.00 - as is -  with no problems and an inspection sticker - The car was registered shortly after and inspected on 9/10/12. I had to go back twice for inspection because the car did not pass - within this period the car was loosing power & the Service Engine Soon light was coming on - I was told by Brian (Sales/Manager) that this was not a check engine light (Later on it was confirmed by Monro Muffler that the Service Engine Soon in a Buick Century is in fact a Check Engine Light) then 1 of the power windows did not work - I dropped the car off for repair & inspection - I was told that the car would be ready, detailed with new wiper blades & filled with gas - I came back the next day - the window was fixed - the inspection was not done - there was no gas in the car - old wiper blades & the car was dirty - I asked Brian why this wasn't done & his response was a dirty look with the comment " You are very Particular" he washed the car - old wiper blades left on - said he put gas in the car, it was still on empty & I was told to come back for an Inspection - on the way out of the dealership a second power window broke - I waited 3 hours while they fixed the second window - I came back  3-5 days later for an inspection, on the way there the check engine light came on again - Brian put the car on some kind of a meter & had trouble passing the car for inspection - the car was taken to the garage out back, 30 minutes later it had a sticker on it & I was told it passed.

In the coming weeks the check engine light kept coming on, the car was stalling & loosing power. I took the car to Monro Muffler in Hooksett for a tune up - I had a new Fuel Filter - Air Filter - Spark Plugs - Wires - Serpentine Belt - ERG Valve - O/2 Sensor - Coolant Flush/Fill - Transmission Flush/Fill - Oil Change - Fuel System Cleaning & a New Catalytic Converter. There was also bad Oil Leaks that resulted in Manifold intake gaskets needing to be changed. The car was not taken care of - some of these items are part of a basic tune up & that's to be expected - The Transmission Fluid was brown - it looked like it was never changed - Spark Plugs/Wires Looked original & the car was driven for a long time with a bad Catalytic Converter. I spent over 40 hours of my time  plus $2,300.00 dollars getting this car fixed. How can an inspection sticker be put on a car with that needs en ERG Valve - O2 Sensor - a Catalytic Converter, Plus  has a check engine light. This is a dealership that does repairs & has a garage on site. The car also has a cracked front Manifold that needs repair - this will cost over $400.00 dollars to fix. This will bring total repairs to $2,700.00 dollars.

I contacted Advanced Eurosport on Nov 30, 2012 and spoke with Brian (Sales/Manager). I told him about some of the problems & asked him to look at the car and maybe repair the Manifold at a discount to compensate for all of the needed repairs. His response was, that they are very busy and he even mentioned that there would be a service charge to look at the car - this made it worse - I felt like they did not even want to help me. I called back on Monday December 3, 2012 and spoke with Gino the owner of Eurosport. I told him about the problems with the car and asked for some help - he said he would look at the car and mentioned charging me just to quote the repairs, he said he would call me back. Six hours later and no response I called the owner back - He said he would contact me within the next 5 days - I told him that's a long time - he got very angry and upset - he basically started an argument - I feel he did this, hoping to get rid of me. This confirms what I felt all along - In my opinion this dealership is dishonest - I had the repairs done elsewhere to avoid any conflict with Advanced Eurosport. This car was sold at top dollar and advertised in a sales pitch as a car that had no problems - this was far from the truth. I would never buy a car  for over $4,000.00 dollars that needed a Catalytic Converter, O2 Sensor and other repairs, I dont think anyone would. I feel I was taken advantage of  - I have barely driven the car, Its now basically parked. This has been one of the worst Experiences and a waste of my Time & Money . In business you cant make a profit at the expense of someone else and I fell thats exactly what happened

I do understand that with an older car a tune up and some other minor repairs are needed - I even tried to get some help or service from this dealership - I felt like they did not want to be bothered so I brought the car to Monro Muffler - they are very honest, respectful and always willing to help. The check engine light has been on 95% of the time since the first day I purchased this car. I was asked by Advanced Eurosport why it took so long to mention all of these problems - After I purchased the car it was inspected 20 days later - then it was barely used - the car still had a check engine light on all of the time and it was running bad so it was brought in for a tune up - since then I have been spending money and  time uncovering and fixing problems because the car was neglected. This car was not taken care of and I feel that key problems were not mentioned so the vehicle could be sold. In my opinion an Inspection sticker should not have been put on this car until the necessary repairs were done. It's not right that I get stuck with costly repairs so the dealer that sold it to me can increase their profits.
