THIS IS A DOOR TO DOOR MARKETING GROUP!!!!!

R U N    R U N   R U N

If you are fresh out of college, down on your luck, lost your job, can't find a job or are desperate for a job, BEWARE. Beware of marketing/advertising companies like DAG Marketing and it's affiliates that will lure you into what is notably a Multi-Level, tier system that does not work!!! Not even in theory!

These people place job ads and openings in all the popular job websites - CareerBuilder, Monster.com, Craigslist (to mention a few). Here are things to look for in a typical job posting; such things as ENTHUSIASTIC, GREAT WEEKLY PAY, EARN UP $50 TO $90K IN YOUR FIRST YEAR, GREAT ENTRY LEVEL POSITION, HIGH ENERGY, WORK IN THE FIELD WITH TOP SPORTS TEAMS, HIGH PROFILE CLIENTS, GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO ADVANCE QUICKLY, ON THE JOB TRAINING, GET PAID WEEKLY OR DAILY. These are just a few of the catch phrases this and all companies like it uses to lure you.

Now usually they may call you up if they are desperate for people and feed a bunch of b.s. about the company and how you can make tons of money in just 6mos. Then they have you come in for an interview - usually you are taken into the back office to meet the head of the organization or a team leader. These guys are FAST-TALKERs and they start feeding you a bunch of jargon about making a great deal in the field and show you the sports cars, the boats, the houses, the vacations that you can take when you start making your way. They will even throw out the name of 'clients'. You will sometimes hear a lot of commotion in the room next door almost like a pep rally (depending on how the office or location is situated).  In case of the DAG Marketing group - if they are still in the same location well then you will most definitely hear the commotion. If any of this sounds familiar -- RUN and DON'T look back! In most cases they will not call you back.

HOW IT WORKS and HOW NOT TO GET CAUGHT -

If you got so far as them hiring you and you are told to come back the next day at such and such time and you do happen to go back (say out of curiosity). If they say you will be with so and so in the FIELD today (the key word you are looking for is FIELD). The FIELD is not what you may think it is. If you still haven't gotten a CLUE as of yet, if they say you should RIDE with another person then DEFINITELY LEAVE!!!

What the FIELD is basically a neighborhood. Basically, they give someone who they are trying to BUILD UP, and pair you with that person. That person is given a BUNCH of COUPONS to sell (PizzaHut, Marlins, or some other sports or food chain). These coupons have a DOLLAR value of anywhere between $20 - $35 in most cases.

What they do in the FIELD is unspeakable and in most cases and areas ILLEGAL.

You are basically going door to door all day long trying to get people to buy these coupons. And you are not walking!!! You are RUNNING the whole time!!!

At the end of the night, when you finally return, beat, tired from running from house to house, hungry, stinky, disoriented, swollen feet, and ruined pair of shoes, you cash out. You get only 2%-5% of your total sales. Which means if you sell all you may make $80 if not you make squat!!!

The key here people is that this is a DOOR to DOOR SCAM!!!! They talk about hard work, endurance and all that nonsense and how they did it. Dave (the co-founder of DAG Marketing) is over weight and tells his sob story about how he got started. Truth is, they felt sorry for his FAT a*s and decided to build people under him because he's a FAST - TALKER and can get people in the door. He has your typical USED CAR SALES MAN mentality and will have your head swimming with all these ideas of making big $$$ and driving a nice car and nice house, etc.

ALL OF THIS IS NOT TRUE!!!!

If you are in this business, you are failing at it - or - you have been offered an opportunity with this business or any other like it - RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN!!!! And don't look back. Go wait tables where you will make a steadier income and that is a no-brainer job and then you can work on finding something better.

In the end you will thank yourself for not getting sucked into this scam!
