I only wish I would have seen this site before i downloaded and purchased the scan , the stories are all too familiar. I got my 270.00 back but still have a inoperable hard drive , but after reading some of the stories as I am typing my hard drive is recognized in my BIOS menu and is performing a self test and it was completed without error , havent done enough research to know what everything means but in my own defense I have gotten further than Advanced Tech Support. Will update soon

Computers can be very complex and temperamental. We try our hardest to fix these issues the first time around. However there are instances that more time is required to correct a problem. We always stand behind our work at Advanced Tech Support and encourage you to contact us if your computer is not running at optimal levels.
We are not sure what exactly the Ripoff you are referring to is? We don’t break hard drives. It’s hardware and can’t be broke with remote support.
Can you please provide your order ID so we can verify you as a customer?
From here we can see exactly what was done. How long we worked on your system, what was performed, etc.
Some customers simply discount the session because it’s taking to long for them and write negative reviews. Having your order id will let us know what happened with your system.
Your money was fully refunded, so if we couldn’t fix your issue we refund your money. Based on your report we are not fully clear on where the Ripoff lies. Trying to fix an issue and not being able to fix the issue then refunding your money in full doesn’t sound like a Ripoff.
