Advanta Platinum Business Card Unjust rate hike Salt Lake City Utah

I applied for a 0% balance transfer Advanta Platinum Business Card over the phone and was accepted for a credit limit of $4000. I have had the card for right at a year now and have NEVER been late, NEVER been over my credit limit, and NEVER paid less than my minimum payment. I just recently received an extreme rate hike that went to 37.18%. I called because I thought it was a mistake and talked to 3 different people,( 2 claiming to be supervisors), and they would not give me the reason why they raised my rate. They conyinued to say that they have the right to do so and that it could be for multiple reasons, but again would not tell me why they did it to me. This is WRONG and it is sad that our country has come to this Unjust Usery against Good customers. By the way: I did ask if this is how they treat their good paying customers and the answer I got was, YES. This needs to stop and I am willing to do what I need to to go after them however I can.
