These people are have a lot of nerve, I give them that. I decided not to use their services and at their request mailed the package back to them (next day delivery costed $17). Its been a month still no refund. I call every day - only to get the dreaded "overflow office". Whatever!.. I finally go off on this lady telling her I demand a supervisor. She says "this requires no supervision".. I have called 10 times left my name and number 6 times - was promised to get a call back in 20 minutes - no call - no nothing. I have reported with several agencies. I dont know what to do. Maybe $159 isn't alot to some people, but its MY money. I am entitled to it. The ought to be shut down and sued - not necessarily in that order. Delonda Dallas, Texas

Please be aware that even if there is some drop box where your mail is forwarded to, there is still a place where the people of the company are located if we were taking customer service calls for the buisness. We of course dont take the calls from home...?

It is unfortunate that sooo many people call with complaints that these "CSR's" can't handle them. Real customer service is not telling someone that they will be called back immediately. Why not tell us the truth. For instance; "Our reps will get back to you if they feel it - or maybe if you're lucky next week or so". I myself am in the business of customer service working for the phone company and our customers are not STUPID (I speak close to 2000 every day) - they are our priority. If that is the way you feel about people, you were in the wrong business anyway. So far, I still have not recieved my money. I have given them some time, but It's time to call the big dogs on 'em. Like us "hicks" say - Don't mess with Texas!!

I would like to know how you can be an ex-employee if the FTC said that the Carson City location was a mail forwarding drop to Miami, FL?



Also, the sister company in FL (Capital Choice/ CCCC) was shut down on the 14th of May. When will Advantage be shut down???



I already got my money back from the bank, since Advantage would not return my banks calls. My bank then assumed they were fraudulent and reversed the charge.

I have read this responce and wish to let this lady know being an ex employee and knowing how it is . She needs to stop and think . She isn't the only customer ADV has. Is very annouyning not only to the customer that there is high vulome calls but also to the CSR's that work there. Yes we do have alot of poeple call in and we do try to help each and everyone that we can . Is sad when a few can't get thourgh but we do help when we can . I myself have spent many hours working late trying to call back as many as I can.Is sad that our customers can not be alittle more patient. Please believe me when I say we do work there to help as many poeple as we can ..Is sad that everyone can't be helped....I do hope that all works out for you .
