Non-Profit Car club entered into an agreement with producer Adventure Aaron, LLC (Mr. Aaron Carotta) to film the Club Driving School at a well-known International Raceway in Florida.

Carotta was to produce a 15 minute televisions show segment to air in the US on MAV TV in 2015.

The Club paid in advance, a bank check of $1850.00 to Carotta on behalf of the Non-Profit Club for Carrota's Service.

Carotta filmed the Club event in late 2014 with cameraman Mr. Daniel Ursitti of Around the World Productions with the assistance of the Club's PR representative who spent half a day with them.

Carott was treated to a 25 minute thrill ride around the racetrack by one of the Clubs top driving instructors.

Carott produced a 30 second commercial for the event which never aired.  Carotta did not produce the 15 minutes of product placement feature under the contract.

No episode was produced nor aired on television.

Carotta, despite many requests and promises, never delivered under the contract, never refunded the money to the Non-Profit Club, and kept all the film footage taken at the track that day.

The organization who recommended Carotta states that 8 other clubs and organizations were also scammed by Carotta.

In one case, Carotta wrote a fraudulent refund check to a club.  The Saunders County Prosecutor filed suit on behalf of the Club and obtained a judgment against Carotta.

The rest of the Clubs were not so fortunate.  It is now March 2017, and I am still trying to find Carotta.  He is currently claiming to be hosting some form of charitable event for adoptees.

I have a few comments regarding the statements made concerning the Adventure Aaron report.  The stated comments are vague and contain no information which could be substantiated.

The Driving Club may not be in existence, otherwise why isn’t this Nonprofit organization named?  Considering a reason could be the individual making these claims is not a representative and has no authority to represent the not for profit organization they speak about. This would also explain the lack of facts and specifics!

This alone makes any comments questionable.  Often but sad an individual can misrepresent a position based on unknown facts.  This could be a prior failed relationship seeking to damage a reputation by misleading the public!

Specifically no documents could be found recorded by the Office for the Saunders County Prosecutor pertaining to inappropriate business dealings.  These falsely stated comments intend to lead a person to believe that Adventure Aaron was under some kind of investigation per the so called Driving Club agreement.  In fact the only documents recorded are of the annulment of Mr. Carotta’s marriage, a driving infraction and a fine for a NSF check.

It's also unclear if the $1850 is a donation, gifting contribution or initial funding per a standard agreement.  Requesting initial funding is common when producing a sizzle reel or trailer, per a contractual agreement to establish a firm commitment and relationship between investor and producer.

There are several reels documenting a promo for driving related events filmed with Adventure Aaron.  Fact checking would confirm if any production rights were purchased, per a standard production agreement. Once purchased the producer is limited on networking.  I suspect the rights were purchased by MAV TV, which gives them the authority to air or not to air, air in the future or purchase additional episodes or commercials.

Adventure Aaron has adequately described his past relationships, decisions and the consequence of those choices.  His life is an open book and we recommend you watch “Finding The Current” and decide for yourself!
