Adventure Racing Concepts Debited my card but never sent the goods Ripoff Flagstaff Arizona

I placed a small order with Adventure Racing Concepts and they never sent my order yet they debited my card. I emailed and asked when my order would ship and they said -

"it should be there any day, it went out late due to a backorder. sorry about
the delay..."

I never received it. About two months after I placed the order I sent them an email asking them to cancel my order and refund the charges. I received no reply. About four months after I placed the order I emailed yet again and stated that I had never received my order and I had never received a tracking number. I again asked them to cancel my order and refund charges to my card. This was my last communication with them and I have never received the products I ordered or any explanation or apology. Apparently they thought that I would eventually go away. Which I guess I did. For a $20 order it wasn't worth the time for me to keep after them.

At this time I do not expect that Adventure Racing Concepts will make this right. Nor do I believe I will ever get my money back. I just want to warn others about my experience with this business so they can make better informed decisions about who they do business with.
