Adventurebilt Hats - Steve Delk Indiana Jones Hats - Takes your money, but doesn't deliver - Fails to return calls or letters, Internet

I ordered a custom made fedora from Steve Delk in December 2007.   He gave a "six month" lead time to expect my hat. After that time passed, and I hadn't heard back, I contacted him again . . . After MANY messages, he finally got back to me and told me he had been swamped, but that he would get it done shortly . . . .

I continued to check in, but rarely got a response to my messages; and when I did, it was to promise my hat was coming shortly.  My last message from him was about a year and a half ago.  Since them, no communicatuion. He does not respond to phone calls, email, or letters.

He made the hat worn by Harrison Ford in the last Indian Jones film. He has numerous testimonials on his web-page . . . I thought I could rely on his reputation, but this is NOT the case.  I still ahve no hat, no money, and no response to my complaints.  And I understand that I am not alone.
