The company offers a "opt-in" email marketng campaign. The company did not follow our design guideline and give us a subpart email desing and later claimed that the low response rate (10 out of 5,000,000 email) was a reslut of email design which they've came up without following any of our design elements.

The charge of $1,700 for the service is compelely not worth it. Avoid this company like plaque.

As anyone viewing this site can see, this is the only legitimate complaint we have ever gotten from a customer in our 6 years of operations. We are fanatical when it comes to our clean reputation and excellent customer service. While I find that there are many thieves and crooks in the online marketing industry, I pride myself in proving to our customers that we are one of the good guys.

I am very surprised that Mr. Bernard never responded back to me after I immediately posted our rebuttal almost 3 years ago. I am happy to review Mr. Bernard's case and even issue him a refund if he continues to be unsatisfied with the outcome.

I felt the need to post an update to this case since we received 2 fake complaints from an unscrupulous competitor of ours today.

Needless to say, we are very upset that those fake complaints cannot be removed from our file since it is against Ripoff Report's policy to ever remove a posting. I don't see how it is fair that a competitor can file multiple complaints against our company, and even when we prove that the postings were fraudulent, they are not removed.

Nevertheless, we are strong supporters of RipoffReport.com and pledge to address any complaints that a customer brings to our attention with the utmost care.

As the CEO/President of Estrela Marketing I am very upset to see that this was posted. I take great pride in trying to satisfy every customer we work with. Sometimes a campaign is not successful on the first run. This happens with all types of media.
