 I am a former client of advocacy and collections group. I retained this companies services and barely got a return on my investment. I indeed lost a lot of my 401k in commodities mainly silver and acg promised there attorneys would go after the jerk offs that screwed me. It seemed to good to be true mainly because this kid who could have been my grandson probably joseph montalbano was my attorney advocate. I faxed him all my documentation and it took nearly 2 years but i only got 20 k back. I invested 100k in silver and cost 10k to hire mr montalbano. Ive got to admit he did help me im still out nearly 80k but that smooth talking p***k sold me a dream and told me when he was done with that company they would be selling coconuts outside his office and i would be headed to south florida with my reimbursement. After all im glad to hear that the crooks are in jail but joseph promised me we would going out on his yacht with young women half my age. Ive yet to make it to the islands with him but he did put those bastards in jail and i still got 20k..thanx joseph for tryin.

I was a former client of advocacy and collections... My investigator/recovery advocate on my case was matthew montalbano. I dealt with him on a personal basis, he never deliberately told me I would recover my money 100 percent. I mean when you hire an attorney you are taking a risk. Anyone who guarantees anything in life is simply lying. However I was very satisfied I had lost nearly 200 thousand and matthew montalbano at least to my knowledge was very persistent and did everything in his power to help me. After everything I only recovered 125 thousand but am still very satisfied. At first I was hesitant because matthew and the company wanted 20 thousand up front which I was very skeptical, however the end result I was very satisfied...thank you acg!!!you saved my retirement and life!!!

YES we do have customers from Alaska and Hawaii & the rest of the United States so before you post inaccurate information get your s*** straight 1st!! and let me also add this company is under investigation by FDACS, IRS, Social Security and the Florida Attorney Generals office for fraudulent activity and DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES. ..

Everything the public is reading on this company is true it comes from current employees ,previous employees, potential customers and current customers ...as an ex employee as of December 5th I currently want to set the record straight that knowing Denis Chira on a personal basis as well as a business basis this guy is a piece of total garbage he's a liar and a cheat ..had I have known what a d****ebag he really is I would have never associated myself with this individual in any sort of way at anytime.... one thing I can say is that Mike Ettus of CCA was totally right about this guy nothing but trash and trouble.!!!!

We believe that this is a bogus and fraudlent report for the following reasons.

1) Advocacy & Collections Group does not currently have any clients in/from Alaska.

2) This report coincides with the timestamps of internet history on the company PC of a disgruntled employee who was terminated yesterday.

3) The internet history follows in time, the creation of the user, immediate posting of the report, and modifying the report several minutes later.

In closing, ACG refutes the claims as untrue and fraudulent activities by someone other than an actual client.
