A&E Factory Service They came to repair hinge part scratched side of door on refridgerator St. Petersburg Florida

A&E came to repair a plastic part that had broken and fell out of hinge.  Instead of replacing part he put broken part on and used longer screw I asked him about drill scratching my fridge he said it wouldn't well he was wrong it made many scratches on the side of the door of my stainless steel refridgerator.  My husband had him come back he said he would see if Lowes would replace the door which I doubt they would go for that when he didn't take proper percaution to keep drill from hitting surface.  He gave us a bill that Lowes would be paying for of over $300 for using my broken part crazy stuff Lowes is getting ripped off by this company big time. My husband also called Lowes and told them about being ripped off.  Hopefully this company goes out of business soon or Lowes gets wise and changes.  this if not the first problem we have had with this company.  Have asked for someone else and been told they have no one.
