The office visit was at the top of that image. The second half of that image was $400 is for lab work! And that’s just one visit! Next, that wasn’t a specialist, that was an in network, General practitioner. Third, the amount that my insurance covers under my plan, has nothing to do with this complaint. It’s the $500.00 charge for a simple office visit that is extortion. Next, I don’t need to post all of my bills for anyone, so good luck with that. Finally, we will see how useless the online petition is when I get enough interest for a class action suit. Maybe we can meet up after that.

First of all you did not just have two "office visits", you only show one office visit and several tests that were peformed. Yes the office visit is expensive, but since this seems like a specialist that could very well be within the normal range. Your complaint about the cost needs to be more directed at the Doctor.

As for the cost that you are paying that all depends on your Insurance plan. If they are not paying any costs then you are either most likely going to a doctor out of your network and/or have a plan that has a deductible that you have not met yet. Since we have zero idea of any details of your plan, this is something you are going to have to review.

Now, IF the services should be covered under your insurance and they are refusing to pay then you need to file a complaint with your States Insurance Commissioner.  This also applies if you think that you are being defrauded by your insurance, but that has to be more than just the price you are paying.

By the way except for giving you some way to complain, these "online petitions" have about as much weight and success as calling the BBB.
