Aetna International denies all claims Internet

We moved abroad and wanted an insurance that would cover us there as well as in the US when we came back, so we signed up for Aetna Global, since Aenta is a big, recognizable, respected company.  For $441 a month for our family, Aetna would cover 80% of pretty much everything for any doctor (they told us it was just like a PPO here, you could go to any doctor you wanted).  There's a $1,500 deductible, and once that's met, they cover 100% of everything.  

My children are young, so we had many claims sent to them (you have to send them the claims yourself, they do not deal with individual doctors).  They paid the 80% for my son's 3 year wellness visit, but 'processed but not paid' his visit to the doctor when he had diarrhea and the subsequent stool sample test, as well as my daughter's wellness visits and 1 vacciness visit.  They completely denied her 6 month shots and visit.  So out of almost $700 in doctors visits, Aetna covered $37.  This is a complete rip-off insurance and I do not recomment anyone to get it.
