Affiliates Prog www.affiliatesprog.com cheated me online as it is big scam! - Internet

i joined the web www.affiliatesprog.com november 2008 that they pay 1.5$-3$ per referral and 150$ payout.they have terms that 45 days from signup date is needed to payout.but i reached the deadline a long ago,but yet iam not paid though i have a/c balance of 250$+.i contacted the support team many times but iam not get a proper reply.lated i understand that iam cheated and it is big scam website.also they are earning 100$/referral from ipower from each affiliate and telling that they pay 1.5-3$ out of 100$/referral which is daytime theft and also they not paying that 1.5-3$ even.
