Affordable Auto Sales Was sold a LEMON and no help st petersburg Florida

so i bought a car from Affordable Auto Sales here in St petersburg. on Sept 13. didn't think to check if the check engine light worked, car started to act funny and loose power about 2 weeks out. So i take it to get checked out, a bunch of codes are registering on the computer scan. So i try and do some repairs to see whats going on, i get told by a few different people that whats happening to the car isn't what what it throwing the codes up. So i get a diagnostic done, more codes come up this time, so i take it to the dealer, they tell me they know nothing that they never hooked up the code reader cause the "check engine" light has never been on,

so then i think nothing of it and find out more info about the car, they tell me they have replaced 2 of the ignition coils cause someone told me my issues could be cause of the IG coils, so then i start to think well wouldn't you have had to put the code reader on it to find out which ones where even bad to begin with?? So lie 1 already. So then i take it home and stump as to why the check engine still hasn't came on so before i take it any further and get charged a fee for hourly to check to see if the light is burnt, i take the instrument cluster off and check the light myself, so to my surprise i find out that there was an electrical black tap over the light under the cluster skin so it couldn't be seen.

Im furious now and thats against the law but i can't prove anything now cause i found it. So then i take it and get it diagnostic done again after i try a few repairs and turn out the parts were not bad at all. Then the guy tells me he thinks its the computer, so then i take the car to the dealer and they tell me they don't know what to do and last minute they say to take it to Tiger Enterprises on Tyrone BLVD. So i do pay 80 bucks for them to tell me that the wire harness is in bad shape and has all these wires spliced up and all that. And also tell me they don't know whats wrong with it, with all the codes they think its the wire harness, so i go back to the dealer tell them of my findings,

when that happens they then tell me that Tiger Enterprises where the ones that apparently changed out that motor and transmission from another car and put that wire harness on it to begin with?? And why wasn't i told about it before?? So now I'm even more exhausted so next day "today" i go to work like any other day, car starts no problem, went to work no problem, then going to next store i decide to stop by auto zone, get a new air filter and for them to read the codes again, new codes came up about loss of communication between computer and instrument cluster, transmission and the traction control, so now I'm a little worried, i go to my second store finish that out and then head to the dealership to give them another finding that i uncovered,

so they get under the hood, hook up a probe to check the fuses make sure current was going through them, and checked the EGR as well now their "so called" mechanic asked the other guy what the EGR valve was and what it looked like, are you kidding me, anyways he starts probing away tells me to start the car to make sure electricity is running through the car, he pokes one of the wires and the car dies, now heres my problem, car won't start, when it does it dies almost instantly, all mu lights on the dash are on and won't go off, when i put it in gear it acts like it wants to die if i turn the Air on, mind you wasn't doing this a few hours earlier, so i turn the air off and it starts to act a little right,

i get ready to leave and it keeps dying, I'm not comfortable going home and having to stop and restart my car so many times, guy tells me all he can suggest is taking it to the dealer and get it diagnostic done on it???? UM I've done that so many times, so he looks at it even more, and notices that when i put it in gear the hole engine shakes, so after about a few hours of twiddling their thumbs and asking me what i want to do, i threw my hands up and needed to get home, i was tired and just plan pissed off. They won't help me now, so i start going and every time it goes to shift into another gear the entire car shakes and jerks your to high heaven. Finally make it home and now i have no idea what to do, I've contacted a couple lawyers, waiting on that phone call to find out what i can even do.

Oh forgot they did tell me i can get out of that car and into another if i pay another down payment and they will "waive" the dealer fee of like 500 bucks for me, woo freaking h*o right, so I'm taking it to Mazda itself tomorrow morning to have them charge me 96.50 an hour to figure out whats wrong with it, oh and also my car payment is due tomorrow, so they aren't getting anything from me anymore till it gets fixed, the car was messed up sense day one, they just put a bandaid on it basically, I'm just lost as to what the guy did to make it run the way it is now, and for them to tell me to go take it somewhere else when they just messed it up to begin with????
