NOTICE TO CEASE AND DESIST ALL CONTACT EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY; AND  INTERNET POSTS NAMING CHARLYNE HOLCOMB, DAVID HOLCOMB, GINA BUFFINGTON AND AFFORDABLE BIO FEEDSTOCK PARTNERS, LLC.

Dear Mrs. Gitto

Respectfully, I am requesting in accordance with Florida State laws that you respect this written request as formal notice, effective immediately, for you to please cease and desist all contact between us. This includes any physical contact, email messages, telephone calls, letters or any other form of communication. 

In addition, you are directed to terminate all Internet postings that include my name, my husbands name, my daughters name and Affordable Bio Feedstock Partners, LLC. If I am forced to hire an attorney to force you to stop these actions, this letter serves as notice that you will be responsible for all attorney fees and court cost. In addition, formal charges may be filed against you for Aggravated Harassment. I find your behavior to be criminally menacing, unwanted, and
overly aggressive and intended to cause me harm.

If you choose to disregard the requests of this letter; I will immediately seek an Order of Protection thru the Orlando Police Department by filing a complaint for Aggravated Harassment, as well as seeking all available legal remedies.
