Affordable Excitement LLC Misled me in the total cost of scooter and sold me 150cc on title says 50cc Norcross Georgia

 I went to affordable excitement in Norcross, Ga to purchase a scooter. After qualifying for financing the sales rep told me the total cost of the scooter was 1100$ . the sales rep told me that after paying a deposit I would be able to pick the scooter up on the next business day in the morning. The next day I went back to the location in Norcross Georgia to pick up my scooter upon arriving the location said it opens at 9 a.m. the sales rep did not get to the location until 10:40 a.m. After he was an hour and 40 minutes late which made me late for work the bike was not even ready Not only was it not ready but, it would not start. The salesman did not have another scooter at his location. The sales man and I traveled in his company truck to a warehouse on Jimmy Carter blvd, Norcross, Ga. I had to wait another two hours for the replacement scooter. After I put 300 miles the scooter stopped working. It was explained that there was a warranty on the scooter but they will not honor nor repair the scooter I made several pymnts on the scooter since I purchased it in August of 2015. It has not been six months since i bought the scooter. I called the finance company to see what the buyout was. The monthly pymnt is 200$ so the finance company told me that I owe 1600$ and I dont own the scooter that Im leasing it. The salesmen said thr scooter was for sell and I had to finance it if I did not have the total amount to purchase out right. Not only have I made pymnts towards the cost of the scooter for months, they told me that I can not buy the scooter because its being leased. They used malicious tatics and manipulation to obtain sell and are ripping people off by misleading tatics. Not only are they dishonest with their selling tactics but, also they are endangering lives. On my title that was provided to me it states 49cc wich is a lie. I was unaware that the scooter is a 150cc wich required me to have motorcyclists licence and insurance. After being stopped by a Gwinnett County police officer for going over 35 mph did I realize that the scooter was definitely not a 49cc because I can travel up to 55 to 60 mph. I told the officer it was a 49cc. The officer asked to see paper work. I gave him the title he ran it it came back as 50cc. He inquired on where i purchsed and I informed him. Legally he could not do anything because of title. The officer said affordable excitement is know for selling bigger cc scooter s and falsely remove decals and doctoring documents. Not only is this business shady in misleading people to get a sale they are endangering lives and allowing people to unknowingly break the law. This is my 1st scooter so i did minimum research. The scooter has not worked in months. They refuse to repair it. I told them I will return it but I was told I would still have to pay 1600$ These people and their finance company are crooks and frauds. Monteray is the finance company. I told them I would return the scooter nut im not paying anymore money. The rep told me that she will note that its a refusal and I can be persude for stealing property. I have not stolen anything. They wont honor warranty, the bike doesn't operate and they want me to give them1600$ to return it after i paid hundreds towards what I thought the financing was for..... No way. Someone please help. I still have the title and scooter. Im afraid to return the scooter because it will be no evidence on my part. Please help.
