Affordable Professional Services David Cook owner put in hot water heater never finished the jobOn 01/O Kodak Tennessee

On 01/24/19 this company put in water heaterbut didnt have the vent pipe for the gas heater. The owner said he would pick it up and put it in on 01/25 or  26.I got up the next morning and water had leaked out of the heater in my garage. He sent a guy out and said the heater was defective, I told the guy to tighten the fittings that stopped the leak. David called me and said he would be at my house at 5:30 on the 25th, he never showed and didnt show the next day either. He had the piece of vent pipe venting into my garage. I paid him $300.00 for complete instalation and never got it.He doesnt return any calls and always showed up hours after he said he would. I had to have someone else come out and put the proper  vent pipe in, which cost me again. I emailed Mr Cook and said I would only like a $100.00 refund for a job not finished or I would file a complaint against him, he emailed back and said OK, but of course I got nothing.

 This guy talks a good job, but he makes appointments and doesnt show up , or shows up 4-5 hours later.
