We have not hered back from you , we have emailed you caled you, with no responce, we have contacted our lawyer and we are canceling our agreement and will be returning all of your unsold product to you. weare counting your items packaging them up for delivery, please be prepared to accept delivery along with the inventory controll sheet, please also note that there was only about 12 items loted on your file. Your items are not selling due to the price of the items, we are not a retail store we are a liquidation store, the best prices on new and used items for familys and pepole looking to save money.

our policy and procedures are layer out in your contract, in the consignment and auction business it is cost effective to lot items together , I do not wish to have any issues withnthe amount of new and used item it would have taken 100's of man hours and material cost to Price small items separate so we sues lot lot meaning a group of items, (theese lot items are placed on your file at the same price it is on the floor at,) items on the floor are always negotiable, once an item sells we place it on your file at the price it was sold at.  

Lot ted items get paid out in full once they start selling, ) is you want to cancell your contract is to rewrite us a note and your items and check would be delivered to you , at an aggred date. Simple as that your item are not selling because you expect way too much for your items and when we drop the price you freak out ands say you are a senior, I understand this but this is a thrift shop and items will not sell for what they sold for in a high end store in downtown edmonton , not only that you sent us a lot of broken and damaged useless items that was just ripped out of your store , no one is going to pay 75$ for a pair of pants in my store , you stored you items in a friends mouldy wet garage a lot of cleaning and disinfecting of items cost me a lot of money,  if you feel the way you do, cancel your contract and we will return your items . It is that easy . As far as payments are concerned they are minimal as your items are priced too high,
