AFI Auction Max America - Dave Espino Ripoff Unauthorized charges to my bank account no response will not provide phone number or contact name American Fork Utah

I purchased from an infomercial the basic Dave Espino Auctions for Income package. I declined his internet support, I declined additional charges for his contacts for products and any other of the services they were offering.

All I wanted was to review the material from the introductory offer for $39.95. I received it and that was fine. Really pretty basic stuff anybody with any marketing knowledge could figure out. I kept it and had no intention of returning, lesson learned.

Then I am going over my bank statement and found a withdrawl from my bank account for $29.95 made by AFI Aution Max America and had not idea at first who that was. The bank could not locate a phone number so I could call. I looked them up on the internet
and realized that it was Dave Espino and Auctions for Income.

I have requested a contact name and phone number. I threatened them with legal action as well as finding a way to inform consumers about their illegal practices. I requested an immediate credit back to my account. I have gotten no response.

I had to cancel my debt card as that is my banks practice in order to dispute these charges. Another inconvenience to me. Anyone considering ordering any of AfI or Dave Espino's products or services - Do not waste your time or your money. As I stated above its pretty basic information, you can figure it out yourself without the hassle and possibility of fraudulant activity made to your credit card or band account.

Dave Espino and AFI are bad news and just another reason to check out everyone first. I am ashamed that they drew me in for even the introductory packet. Its sad that people like this really do exist - Dave Espino you should be ashamed. Your children will have to live with your legacy, I am sorry for them.
