September 20, 2015  Here is a letter responding to threats to my son regarding allegations of being involved in MVA with a vehicle which was never even seen by my son.

The purpose of this communication with your company “AFNI” is to serve as documentation of this message:

Your company AFNI continues to accuse me of owing a debt alleging involvement in a Motor Vehicle accident with ______________.

Facts:  I was never involved in a MVA with this person.  The only involvement I have had with this individual was as follows:

I owned an automotive repair business from December 2013-January 2015.  Mr. _____________hired our company to repair his vehicle.  The vehicle was said to be a Subaru.  The vehicle was said to be needing transport from the local Subaru dealer to the automotive repair company for repair.  The vehicle was not retrieved on the first or second attempts.  The first attempt failed due to the Subaru dealers requiring authorization to release vehicle in writing from the owner.  The owner was contacted the issue rectified giving permission for the vehicle to be transported.  When the employee attempted the second time to secure and transport vehicle for repair, he was told the said Subaru vehicle was “missing” and unable to be located at that time. Multiple attempts were made to contact the owner to return deposit (200 $) with no success. Since then the business is now permanently closed.

Since this incident the local police approached me as the owner regarding the “missing vehicle”. No incriminating proof of involvement in the missing vehicle exists.  I have never seen the vehicle and have never started work on this vehicle.  I am being falsely accused of involvement in a MVA with this vehicle.  I have no information as to the whereabouts of this vehicle or as to the alleged MVA involvement.

Stop harassing and threatening me with report to the State Department with risk of revocation of driver’s license.

This person is falsely reporting being involved in a motor vehicle accident with me because this simply did not occur.

If you continue to harass me with threatening letters I will be forced to seek legal representation/relief.
