Below is a paste of the Better Business Bureau Report link on this company. They give them an F, the lowest, integrity/confidence rating they hand out. I am still trying to get a response and my money back. I ordered some haircare products. See their website- it touts fabulous products for straightening curly hair. I placed my order, they immediately billed my credit card and called me to say there would be a delay in fulfillment because "a batch was being made and needed to cool". They also said the Edge Stick, a product, was no longer available, so they would include a free upgraded product with my order. A month goes by. I call,they say it is still being made. I email, and call, leaving messages, several times over nearly 2 additional months and never get contact or response from the company. Link to the Better Business Bureau report.
