After Hours Limo afterhourslimos.com Rip Off - unreliable, liars and all around Horrible Business Period! Spring Hill Tennessee

After Hours Limo had a deal through the discount site-Deal Chicken in November of 2013 for a Christmas Lights Tour.  I wanted to do this for my grandmother who loved Christmas and had been fairly ill that year.  I called to get more information and was told the discount could not be used on the weekend (even though there was no mention of that in the fine print).  I went ahead and just booked my tour with the company directly at the discounted price.  I found it quite odd that they would go behind Deal Chicken's back and cut them out of their fair share of money, but they did. 

The weeks leading up to the lights tour, my Grandmother could not stop talking about it.  Her eyes lit up when she mentioned it, because it was one of very few things she had to look forward to.  I called 1 hour before the driver was supposed to be there and was told yes, he's on his way.  We sat around and waited.

When the driver was 15-20 minutes late, I called again.  That's when I was told we were in the books for the next day.  I called them out on this lie and explained my Grandmother's situation.  I was given no sincere apology.  I received a refund, but they made no effort to offer any kind of customer service.  They did not care about our situation at all and my Grandmother passed away yesterday.  That was her last Christmas and she will never have the chance to see all the lights again. 

This company ripped off the discount company that promoted them, they lied several times to me, they did not care how they treated me as a customer and apparently (according to so many other reviews) they continue to screw over people left and right.  If they have ripped you off like they did me, please report them as I did.  I contacted everyone possible.  They don't deserve to operate as a business.  They need to shut down and I hope everyone else jumps in and stands up to them.
