Contacted to sell my Timeshare by Cenpac Realty, Alex Martinez.  Aftermarket Escrow with Monica Gupta, officer was to officiate the sale.  Was asked for fees up front and to wire the money to Mexico for various taxes.  After I did not comply the 2nd time I never heard from them again.  Their phone numbers have been changed and emails are returned.
