AG Concepts THIS COMPANY IS FAKE! Livonia Michigan

I was recently job searching on careerbuilder and came across a company called "AG Concepts" in Livonia, MI..It was an entry level job position and I thought it would be great since I only have a bachelor degree. I decided to apply for the position since I had nothing to lose. The job description and headings really caught my eye, I remember seeing "College graduates welcome," "Hiring immediately," "No b2b sales," "paid training," etc...just all stuff that people to see and go for. It's like waving candy in a childs face. The whole job description looked to good to be true but I still decided to apply. Within a matter of days, I get a phone call regarding a job interview with the company. I was very surprised and told the lady that I would definitely come down for the interview.

On the day of my interview, I dressed very professionally and drove up to Livonia. The location was in a huge building and on the 4th floor. I walked in and seen one asian lady working at the front desk, which was supposedly the girl that takes care of the human resource department. The office looked deserted and there was some alternative music being played in the background. I guess the lady had the radio on. I thought to myself, how can this be a serious job ? Having music being played looked very unprofessional. The lady then took my resume and made me sit to wait for the manager to come in. I starred around the office, and the office looked soooo empty. It had a book shelf with like 2 candles in it and a flower painting hung up on the wall. It looked like they were bought from IKEA. The lady that worked at the human resource looked very odd and had a really weird laugh. After starring at the office, a lady finally came to take me to her office to start the interviewing process. I went into a room that looked completely empty. All there was was a desk with chairs in it. I had a million questions for her about the job but she only managed to answer just three of them and kept them very short and brief. It still left me clueless about what the job was really about. She then told me that the job was mostly outside the office, that right there showed me that I was going to be doing that bulls*it selling to people from door to door. The human resource lady told me once before on the phone that they were hiring people to work at the human resource department, which i was more leaning towards but after I asked the manager, she only told me that she was only hiring people for the customer service and management position. So I realized that the human resource position wasn't even on the menu anymore. They couldn't even keep the same story straight, so that seemed even more fishy to me. The lady that interviewed me only took 5 minutes to interview and was trying to get me to leave so I couldn't ask anymore questions. She then told me that if I made it for the 2nd interview that I would be getting a call from 5 to 7 pm which happened the very next day.

The man told me that called me for the 2nd interview told me that I will be job shadowing from 9:15 am to 5 pm. I didn't know if I was getting compensation money or anything. I ended up just putting everything together and realized that this company is a huge scam. I also read what another person posted about this company and our experiences happened to be the same. So if you come across this company, make sure you don't get suckered into it. It will be nothing but a huge waste of your time. This company can't get any faker. There is other legit jobs out there so best of luck to all you job seekers.
