AG SKIN CARE Amino Skin Care The company charge my acount, but the product never arrived. After several phone calls, the product arrived, but was worthless. I am now trying to get a FULL REFUND as promised, but the company keeps Chatsworth California

The company offers a free trial with money back guaranty. The product never arrived, but my account was charged. After several phone calls asking to have the charge removed, I was told I could not get a refund until I returned the product. Again, no product ever came, so there was nothing for me to return. Now they want to bill me each month. They say I can not cancel until I return the product. Again-I have never received the product! HUGE scam!
